Credit processing problem with Paypal

Hello,

I'm testing credit card setting (integrated with PayPal - Sandbox for now) and I have two questions:


1) why PayPal hasn't give me the 3 security digit ? - it only gave me credit card info and expiration year, so I am using random number for the missing piece. Did anybody only gets the same thing?

2) I do receive error message as:

Long Message:
This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.
Short Message:
Invalid Configuration Error Code: 10501

1. Paypal says to just use any 3 digits for the security code... you don't need a specific one.

2. 10501 means:

Invalid Configuration
This transaction cannot be processed due to an invalid merchant configuration.
Occurs when the billing agreement is disabled or inactive.

Not sure what billing agreement they're talking about, but it must be somewhere in your settings on your Paypal account I guess.
