After logging in, NopContext.Current.User returns null

Hi,

Good Morning.

After logging in, NopContext.Current.User returns null. So, unable to go into MyAccount page. This error is not happening in our environment. But in our hosting environment, this happens. Please inform me what could be th issue at hosting environment.
