"403 - Forbidden: Access is denied" Randomly comes up when editing site???

After you do the steps, from nopCommerce, clear the cache and then restart the application and check again.

This error happens intermittently. I don't understand why, sometimes it never happens, sometimes it happens. It does not continue without deleting cookies. It is fixed by deleting the browser cookies.

I am using version 10 ISS

The next time it happens, immediately check the System > Log and see if any related messages.
