Remove product from Shopping Cart Not working!

Hi All

I seem to have a bug in the shopping cart. I've added a product and when I tick the box to remove a product, click update cart, the product is not removed from the cart.

Anyone seen this before?

Could it be that I've deleted the product from the products table? It was a demo product, but my cart has "real" products in it too.

I think it may have been that it was a deleted product. When I deleted an existing product, they were both removed...

I have seen this a few times during testing but do not know the exact scenario to re-create it. I was able to remove the product after a second or third attempt but adding products to the cart afterwards and removing them worked. So...no help here but i do believe there is an issue.
