I am having a problem getting a shipping quote or having customers that live in Croatia being able to place orders on our website running NopCommerce 1.8. When they place an order and try to process it by shipping by USPS Priority Mail International they get an error. Even if you try to get a shipping quote you get and error.

Anyone else having this problem? Is this problem a return issue by USPS? I can go to USPS's website and get a quote, but they do not ask for a zip code.
