I have installed the plugin, I have configured and obtained the client-id and Secret from paypal ... The error occurs when selecting the payment method: "The requested action could not be performed, semantically incorrect, or failed business validation."

It seemed to start in early October and is being reported more frequently. Changing the contents of the shopping basket seems to affect the error but I can't identify any kind of logic behind it.
Not using sandbox but thanks for the suggestion.
Any other ideas?
