The error indicates that it's happening when trying to write picture (thumb) file.
Check your product's SEO setting for "Search engine friendly page name".  Make sure there are no funny characters in there.

i have a simple seo name => computer-asus
and upload a new picture for category but i have an error again.

I deleted it but it still gives the same error :-(
