Special characters in admin does not save

Dear,

i'm trying to edit site built in nopCommerce. When I try to translate a string, special characters do not save. For example, when translating Account Activation I want to write Aktivacija računa but it saves as Aktivacija racuna.

Do you have any idea what I'm doing wrong?

I assume you are trying to Edit / Update a Language String Resource - right?
It works OK for me on 4.30.
What version of nopCommerce?
What Browser are you using?
Can you open you browser developer tool and see if there are any local error messages (after you click the Update button)?  (They would be reported on the Console tab for Chrome dev tools.)

Thats right, under Languages I'm trying to edit Language strings.
In dev tools there are no errors, just a notice regarding the cookie. I tried on different devices and browsers and the result is he same.

Could it be a server problem, I'm thinking language collation missing?

Execute this in a tool like SSMS to check collation

  SELECT SERVERPROPERTY('collation')

(Mine is SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS)
