Paypal Smart Buttons Connection Failed

Hi,

Just tried to configure PayPal smart button but getting the following error in the log:

Payments.PayPalSmartPaymentButtons error:
One or more errors occurred. (A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond.)

Does anyone have any advice?

Did you find a solution? I am also getting the same error.
