Remove the unused fields or tables

I am trying to use the nopCommerce for a bookshop website so I want to remove the unused fields or tables. is there any way to make that??

You can customise the solution and remove some things
To do it you use Visual Studio and edit and delete files but this would take a lot of work and need possible redesign  
But there is no need
In most cases you can turn off the functions you dont want need using settings or just do not configure them
