Product Review Reply Text Insert Fails

Hello,

Using nopC 4.40.4

Most of my users use guest checkout. Because I want customers to leave reviews, I have allowed anonynous review with approval.

Customers are able to leave review. However, when editing the review to add reply text, the sql insert fails from what I believe is because no email address exists for guests. I had to manually put the reply text in the ProductReview table record. Error below.

Cannot insert the value NULL into column 'To', table 'QueuedEmail'; column does not allow nulls. INSERT fails.
The statement has been terminated.
