I published nopcommerce version 4.1 with the source code and uploaded the contents of the publish folder to the httpdocs folder on remote server and got this error:

Does the server have .NetCore 2.1 Installed ?
Other requirements as per https://docs.nopcommerce.com/en/installation-and-upgrading/installing-nopcommerce/installing-on-windows.html ?

If there no customization in your store then try by replace all DLL and core folders with default.

Yes, it is installed. I called the host company and they confirmed that .NetCore 2.1 is installed.

Unfortunately a lot of customization has been done.

Thank you very much Yidna and rajupaladiya. The problem was solved. I used FileZila to upload the site. Some DLLs were submitted incompletely.
