Nop Strip Plugin 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied.

I have created a Stripe Payment Plugin. and it is working fine in local. but on the server generate 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied "when stripe redirect to Webhook controller".
When we refresh the page after getting 403 it works fine with same response url from strip.
