Migration from 3.80 to 4.60.2

Hi all,
we have migrate an ecommerce from 3.80 to 4.60.2.
We followed all the steps and executed all scripts.
The new ecommerce works, but the prices are without tax.
We tried to change the settings in backoffice, but without success.
There is a ne configuration?

We fixed it.
The Tax providers were not present.
We have installed the plugin:
Tax (fixed or by country/state/zip)
and now it works
