quickly assign the specification attributes

I need to quickly assign the specification attributes of about 20,000 products.
I installed nopCommerce version 4.60.2
Do you know of a quick fix for assigning or importing specs?
Is there a plugin that allows you to assign multiple product specifications in a single page?

If you really want "faster", then it can be done with SQL, but you need to know the DB tables well.
