This plugin introduces several new features and operations for the management of Companies in nopCommerce. Specifically it allows you to manage customers as companies and employees. The plugin also allows customers to create quotes and pay via account credit. There is also an expended set of order statuses to allow for better control of order workflows.

Company Management System

You can define Positions Descriptions and Departments. Position descriptions can then be assigned to employees and employees to departments within the company.

- Setup Customers as Companies, Edit Companies and Login as (Impersonate) a Company
- Add Customers to a Company as Employees, Edit Employees and Login as (Impersonate) Employees
- Manage Order Workflows with an expanded set of Order Statuses
- Accounts and Transaction Management System for Debtors, Creditors, Income and Expenses
- Order Approval process to create Invoices from Orders

- Create Orders on Credit within Credit Limits

Order Status Workflow
New Order statuses include: Quote, Pick, Pack, Pending Pickup, Pending Dispatch, Dispatch, On Hold, New Backorder, Backorder. The system has a workflow to enable orders to be pushed forward and backward in the the workflow.


Create Quotes or Create an Order on Account Credit
Order can be created as Quotes or Credit Order, Orders do not become payable until they are Approved and Invoiced.
