Identify Root cause for Slow responsiveness

We have 36 version stores up and running smoothly until some issues run-up. Unable to identify why product ribbons and cart pages are taking 7 seconds to load and what the root cause for this is. Please do let me know the steps that you have performed if you have faced this issue prior and the steps to identify the root issue.

This is our https://www.othoba.com/ site which handles 35 million visitors per month without performance issue. Let us know for any kind of performance-related issue fixing.

.obj or .mtl file is not loading on the nopCommerce plugin. how to resolve it ??
