Does not need to setup some other Default Document as First Page Offered ?

You dont need to setup a default document - nopCommece is an application which handles all that

If so, you need to use the link above to turn on StdOut logging and check the log file

I'm network administrator not developer. I'm unable to debug this situation by my own this is why I'
m so upset of missing Crystal Clear documentation about hos to install this software.
I only reboot server few times, same result same error code.
I do not understand what exactly link you suggest me to access in order to investigate the cause and help me to possible solution.

honestly, I give so details information about what I done .. hopping that this details will help someone to point me to what I did wrong, not because I want to did wrong but because it is totally missing information about a Crystal Clear installation procedure.

on disk C: there is more than 20 files called "web.config". Wich exactly one is good to be edited for enabling logs ?

You need the one associated with the website you are working on
which would be the web.config file in located in the directory setup in IIS for this website
