NOP built in abuse features

I doubt they exist, but I thought I would ask if anybody knows of some good tools for/from NOP that help with abuse from scraping bots, etc.

Built into nopCommerce are

CAPTCHA (In General Settings / Captcha)
Honeypot (In General Settings / Security)
Robots.txt (In General Settings / Robots.txt)

There are 3rd party plugins that can do IP Restrictions.  (May not be in Marketplace.  E.g., check FoxNetSoft's site)

You can use Bot Detection and Mitigation Services from providers like CloudFlare.

We are utilizing Cloudflare but have been disappointed with their support even though we have a paid account.

You assume it right. It doesn't exist out of the box. There are some plugins which you can use to block access to the same however, you should check if it matches your requirements or not.
