Please any one can provide me with the steps of the setup of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Plugin?

What plugin are you refering too ?
What version of nopCommerce ?

nopCommerce version: 4.60.6

and this message appears while installing the plugin > This plugin doesn't support the current version - 4.60.

The plugin looks to be only available for NopCommerce version 4.2 and 4.3. I think it will be better if you contact the plugin vendor directly and ask if the version is available for 4.6 and if they can provide technical assistance on configuring the plugin
