Where you you got Turkish language pack? Here? You cannot use it because it's NOT compatible with 3.10. Just compare your locales for English http://www.hepsidantel.com/Admin/Language/Resources?languageId=1 and Turkish http://www.hepsidantel.com/Admin/Language/Resources?languageId=2. They have distinct locales.

I also see that you customized the solution or added some new locales which don't exist in the original solution or in the there (such as "wishlist.link" one). You also translated some locales wrong way. Fixed. So my recommendations are the following now:
1. Create a new language VALID language pack for Turkish for version 3.10
2. Then re-install clothes theme plugin (it'll create new locales unique for this theme).

Go to admin area > configuration > plugins > "clothes theme helper" configuration page. Edit "Slide1 content", "Slider2 content" and "Slider3 content" properties

Hi

I think there is systematical error in clothes theme wich makes Turkish localization complicate and couses this problems:

1- I experienced that localization "find filter" doesn't works with non latin characters.

2-In turkish "i,İ" and "ı,I" different  letters but theme is  capitalzing  letter "i" as "I". As an example:

if I write "geldi"theme  capitalizing "GELDI" but the correct capitalizing is must be "GELDİ"

to prevent this I'm using capital letters in localization fields but later if I search this values with find filter, it returns no value.

1. What you're writing about is not somehow related to the theme. "Find filter" is done in admin area and is related by Telerik grid. So you should address this question to them
2. The same. The theme uses standard fonts. Font capitalization issues are not related to theme. Anyway, you can always modify CSS (change fonts, capitalization, etc) if it doesn't feet your needs

Fully localizable means that you can translate any locale. And you can.

I'm sure that will be with any other site. I've just googled a site in Turkish with word "GELDİ". Here it is - http://siir.gen.tr/siir/y/yunus_emre/geldi_gecti_omrum_benim.htm. Then I change CSS to use uppercase instead of lowercase (text-transform: uppercase). Now I haven't seen "İ", I've seen the standard English "I" (see screenshot here). I've tested several other Turkish sites and got the same result. Do they also all work wrong way? As I've already written this issue is not related to the theme somehow. I would recommend you googling about rendering Turkish fonts and uppercase, there are a lot of articles about it.

I've just modified our clothes demo site - http://clothes-theme-demo.nopcommerce.com/. I replaced name of one sample category names to category to "GELDİ" (the demo will be reset to the original state in several hours). I entered it already uppercase. As you can see it's displayed fine.

You can also disable uppercase in the theme. Just modify appropriate CSS styles (remove "text-transform: uppercase")

Everything works fine. Resource name is "homepage.products" (not "products.featuredproducts")
