IMPORTANT UPDATE: The new version (2.80) will be released in the beginning of January (more info here). And I will really appreciate if you could test the new theme before the release.

You can download the latest version here (http://nopcommerce.codeplex.com/SourceControl/list/changesets) to run it locally or test it on this demo site with the new theme installed.

Hi,
Theme looks so clean and nice. I saw you added nivoslider there . In admin area for slider there is just 4 pictures and no settings about size exc. if will be dynamic settings be better i think.

Small overview - Demo looks good, but I can see Price filtering only.

What is about another "dimensions"? Is it possible to use not only "Manufacturers"?

Do you plan to implement comparison feature?

P.S. What is the difference between Address and Shipping (+Payment)? Do you plan to implement structure like "Sell-to" (who order products), "Bill-to" (who pay for products) and "Ship-to" (where we can ship products)?

P.P.S. "Contact Us" - is this 2 fields only or we will have possibility to add some addition?

It is clean, elegant and a good departure for customized designs.

BTW. In the Sign IN page (using Chrome) the bullets below are out (left) of the frame. I don't know whether that is intentional:

º  Fast and easy check out
º Easy access to your order history and status

I am loving the conversation and just wanted to put in my 2 cents worth.

I highly recommend using twitter bootstrap (changing the markup to conform). The new design shouldn't be just css. We need an html refactor.

I am not recommending we create a "Twitter" looking site. We should use the framework (which is OOTB responsive!) and create a custom theme (variables.less) on top of it.

Here are a few things I have been doing with it lately.

nopCommerce would become VERY popular if this would happen. Twitter Bootstrap is growing very popular and the fan base is very loyal and there would be many "biased" decisions to choose nopCommerce over the competition.

Might I add, if we go down this route, I could help a great deal. I am very familiar with the framework.

It's almost impossible to integrate and fully test it before 2.80 release. But I've just created a work item. Please vote here

When you search in the ajax search box and the results are more than four then the search results are overridden by the nivoslider images. Screenshot here - http://img39.imageshack.us/img39/5157/searchk.jpg.

Totally agree with this post.  I started integrating the bootstrap framework as well and it starting to really look great.
