Smartstore violates nopCommerce license terms!!! Let's discuss

Look, if I made any comment on the legal issue now, this discussion would easily get out of control, 'cause everyone has his own standpoint. At this stage our arguments simply don't belong to the public.

Why can't we just wait till it's over?

Murat - only a jealous, greedy, lazy fool walks off with another group's hard work then adds a coat of paint to claim that it is theirs. In any instance of sanity, or lack thereof, how can you NOT expect that group to lash out at you?  Your group obviously has not learned a critical value from life that if you want something bad enough you make it yourself or you earn it.  You have shown no attempt to do either of those.  Instead you come back to steal more of this communities hard work to "update" your painted pony. I just reviewed source of smartstore -  it is nop commerce....

UPDATE (April 3rd): And here are some "intermediate" results (right, still not finished). The court has been held today. Now I can only say one thing - everything is very good. Mr. Pavlos Tsulfaidis (CEO of Smartstore) took it very emotional and now we are looking forward for a final result. Most probably we'll get the final result without a second onsite appointment at the end of May

P.S. I'll write about all details (letters, court, etc) once the case is closed (hope, very soon)
