emails when pointing hosting at an ip address

does anyone know what i would put in the host, username and password sections for my confirmation emails if i had hosting with namesco pointed that hosting at an ip address for a nop commerce template?

Did you setup your e-mail account with your hosting provider???

my email is set up with namesco and originally the hosting was too but i changed it recently to point at a new ip address.

so if you have an e-mail address you need to input the same details as you log in to your e-mail.

i put in my username and password is the host supposed to be the ip address that i'm pointing my hosting at?
