Database installation error

When i'm trying to use the installation wizard i take the error
An error occured: CREATE TABLE permission denied in database 'nop'.
Running scripts from file: C:\inetpub\wwwroot\nopCommerce\install\Scripts\nopCommerce_createDatabase.sql

I tryied to a new pc also
The error come also to the first step creating the database, so i did it by myself
This is the second step

Seems pretty straightforward: the account you're using doesn't have the right permission. Use SQL Server Management Studio to give the account you are running under the right permissions. Happy Googling. ;)
