Category Errors

I have created a category inside of a category and for some reason I am getting an error on one and not the other one.  I am using v1.90 and here is what I mean.  To the left there are your categories and when you click some of them may have a next level category as well.  Well when I click that next category it brings me to an error page and I am not sure why.
