nopCommerce installation fail

I'm new with IIS.
Usually I use Linux/Apache.
All things in IIS very strange for me.
But Web Platform Installer work perfect.
Now I have C1 CMS installed and worked.
Next I try to install nopCommerce. Unsuccessful.

Web Platform Installer trying to install nopCommerce ver.1.9 Dec-2010. (Why?)
Last version on this site -2.1 Sep-2011. ver. 1.9 can't start on my system.

Ok. I trying to install it by myself.

All words I found about installation on this site:
"Steps:
1. Download the latest version here.
2. Install the package.
3. Execute appropriate SQL scripts located into "\upgradescripts\" directory.

Step 1. RAR archive downloaded successful.
Step 2. What mean "Install package"? Where I can see it? I downloaded set of pages and scripts in one rar archive.
No manuals about this step on site, on codeplex....
Step 3. Can't find \upgradescripts\.  

Ok. Just transfer all files to the site directory. "Configuration error". nopCommerce do not worked.
No readme file. No "install" folder. No documentation. Nothing.

So. I see I'm stupid. Please point me to page for users like me.

I was looking for documents. I had to assume for this case will be video. Thank you for quick answer.

Now I have no Visual Studio installed. I downloaded version nopCommerce without source code. Can I start my steps from point where you open "Deployable" folder through WebMatrix?

It's do not work for me.
I have error from Visual Studio Lightswich - it do not support C# project files.

Please let me known about installation nopCommerce without Visual Studio.

I have some progress with this way.
I sucessfully installed nopCommerce with WebMatrix.
1. Un-rar "no-source" file.
2. WebMatrix - "new site from folder command" start normal installation.

Next things -
I can't do the same with IIS. Any way to do this?

I try to publish web site from WebMatrix to IIS.
I tune publishing throught IIS "Configure Web Deploy Publishing" and use ".publishingSettings" file for WebMatrix.
WebMatrix: "unable to connect"
So, I completely can't publish anythings from WebMatrix to IIS.

Any suggestions?

Ok. New nopCommerce 2.20 installed through WebPlatform Installer. It do not worked until I changed NET Framework version to 4 for nopCommerce application.
