2Checkout redirects?

Where do I find the information for having 2checkout redirecting back to my site after a successful or failed order?

2CO staff reviews orders after they are places (an order can be passed or failed). That's why we decided to disable order confirmation on TwoCheckoutReturn.aspx page in version 1.30. 2CO INS option is on our roadmap and will implemented later

Has redirect to the vendor page (INS) been incorporated in version 1.90? or is there anything else we need to do from the vendor administration page of 2co or elsewhere?
