New Host time to upgrade?

Just signed up for Arvixe.com hosting coming form Godaddy.com for our store. We ran into the issue with the bulk uploads and this has really slowed down our store opening.

Anyways our website with Godaddy was built using Nop Commerce 1.60 and Arvixe.com has Nop Commerce 2.30 available to install. If I install 2.30 will I have issues bringing our store over to the new host?

Can  Ijust load the new Nopcommerce release on our new host and move files over? If not how do I go about the migration?
