Payment plugin not selectable

I just downloaded Omnikassa plugin for nopcommerce 2.6
unzipped , copied contents to plugins folder.

After restart of nopCommerce the new payment module is not selectable in configuration/payment methods
nopCommerce cant find it, am i missing something obvious?

In Admin go Configuration - Plugins

hit the Reload List Of Plugins button

scroll down to the new plugin and hit install

should now appear where you expected
