Don't think you can. Use FTP instead. :D

Uploading using FTP has nothing to do with nopCommerce. If you know how to upload files using FTP already, then just upload the videos to a desired folder under your nopCommerce installation.

PS:/ If you are talking about uploading downloadable content for a particular product, then you can upload it on the product details page in the admin. :D
