Upgrade to 1.40 without problems.

i have nopcommerde 1.30, and i did alot of changes, now how can i upgrade to 1.40 without problems.

i also like to know this? can i just chage the webconfig, copy all new files and it works?

depends where you made the changes -

if you changed only the theme then just put your theme in the  app_themes folder of the new install

if you changed any of the modules, pages etc, you will have to make the changes to the new files also

also, there were changes made in the v1.4 database .
