[2.65] Checkout: VAT on billing address

Hello
On my one-page-checkout, when i ask for billing address, i want to ask fot VAT number too.
Is there a setting to enable it or should i make some customization?

anyone got a respond on this?
would like to implement this also.
Is it possible to have the same structure as register page for billing page?
enable or disable in admin area company & vat number?

Or how can we create an additional box for the Vat-number that links to the registered info if a customer registered with a company & vat number?

Hoping for some additional info, working with nop 3.60
