Does anyone know how to actually use the premium support?  I purchased it, but I was not provided with any kind of email address or portal...

I see that you purchased the premium support on February 18th. I also see that you've been sent an invitation email to our premium support portal on that day, but it has never been confirmed. Please visit this link, click on "(Help! I don't know what to enter here!)" link, enter your email ([email protected]) and click "submit" button. You'll get an confirmation email with your password. Then follow the instructions in email
