I'm working on getting paypal as a payment gateway for the nopcommerce installation I'm working on, and I've been using this guide:

After making the paypal accounts, I went to configuration/payment methods and there's no paypal standard line there, just the credit card line.
Was there supposed to be an additional step in the guide for enabling the paypal standard line? Or is there just a bug in the installation or something?
