can i get nopcommerce with source code for customization

hi,
i have many clients who r in need of a e-commerce website shopping cart for their business. if i need to develop it from scratch it may take long time so i thought of going to buy nop commerce and customize it as per their requirement. Is that useful? can i get/buy this nop commerce source code and customize it? If yes then what will be the price? can i use my company name below each n every page. My questions are...
1) what is the price of nop commerce complete source code?
2) can i use it with my company brand name below each n every page?
3) what are my system requirements?
4) can i customize it and use it for my clients with out any legal issues?

Yes, you can customize it and use it for your clients. Regarding legal issues.... I'm not sure what are your concerns.. you should consult legal adviser in such case.
