Payment method Google Checkout page load

When I go to Edit the Payment Method for Google Checkout, I get the following message:

We're sorry, an internal error occurred that prevents the request to complete.
Our supporting staff has been notified with this error and will address this issue shortly. We profusely apologize for the inconvenience and for any damage this may cause. You might want to try the same action at later time.

I have SSL Enabled in the web config, and all other Payment Methods disabled, it is a new Install yesterday of 1.4

Any help welcomed :)

I have edited the first three
"GoogleMerchantID" = MyMerchantID from Google
"GoogleMerchantKey" = MyMerchantKey from Google
"GoogleEnvironment" = "production"

Could you tell me what value goes into "GoogleAuthenticateCallback in the Web.Config?
