Hide "help" in admin page

Hi, how can I hide "help" menu in admin page? Or can I disable help menu?

Where do I find that? I can change all the topics in the sitemap through the XML-file, but I can't decide which should be visible and which shouldn't.

edit Admin.Sitemap ( it is in the administration folder )

and remove or comment out the menu items you do not want to be displayed
