I am not getting rupee symbole in entire application

I am not getting rupee symbole in entire application (Home page, product page...etc..)

How to  resolve this problem.

I m getting $ sign when i set currency as doller
but when i set below value in currency, I m not getting any symbol

Currency Code    - INR
Rate                   - 1.000
Display local        - en-IN.English (India) OR hi-IN. Hindi (India)
Published            - Checkbox checked
Display order      - 0

Please help me.
