When Administrator adds a "NEW ORDER NOTE" why it doesn't show in order details of customer?

I am trying to make use of this option "Order Note"
When any order is placed and admin wants to add an order note, it should display in the My account information > Order Details of every customer to whom that order belongs BUT
Currenly in the nopCommerce 1.40 project if we as administrator add a new Order Note for specific order it doesn't show up in the account information of order details from customers side
how is it possible to make this work if admin adds an order note it should reflect in the order details of the customer too ?
