Any idea how to set them using IIS Remote manager?

Never used it.  But you might not be abe to change directory permissions within the filesystem.  I would be creating a support ticket with the hosting company.

Already done. Wondering why I can't figure this out, but I'm having them set the permissions on the images folder to allow all.

Thanks for your help! Hopefully that clears it up.

I had an epiphany...

delete the folder, recreate it using their folder manager and refill it with the images...worked.

What a pain.

Hopefully didn't loose too many sales.

Ill try this again when I'm confident I've tested everything.
