The site which you are having speed problems with is on a higher contention ratio to that of the other two, or it just so happens that server is constantly busier or lower specc'd. Try asking your host for some advice
Fortunately though I pay $15 a month and it hosts ALL 5 of my websites on the same hosting plan with unlimited space and bandwidth. But only 1 of the 5 sites goes slow?
Unlimited hosting is a myth, and normally means they cram you on to busy servers.
They will have a cluster of hundreds of machines. Although you have 1 control panel to administer all of them, they will all more than likely be on different servers.
