Google Analytics Ecommerce Tracking with One Page Checkout

Hey there,
I'm using Nopcommerce 3.1 and would like to track ecommerce transactions via Google Analytics (GA). However, I'm using one page checkout which doesn't seem to support this out of the box. Can anyone provide guidance as to how/when to capture and send transaction data to GA in a one page checkout setup?

It works fine. But ensure that "Disable 'Order completed' page" is not ticked in admin area > configuration > order settings
