paypal express error when trying to configure

Hello,

I just upgraded to the new nopcommerce 3.50 and worked great. I installed the paypal express plugin and that went well also. When I tried to configure the paypal plugin I get the following error:

We're sorry, an internal error occurred.

Our supporting staff has been notified of this error and will address the issue shortly.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

Any ideas would help greatly.
