Skip installation

I have deployed my project on the server and also exported the database on the server. So, now, I would like to skip the installation. How it is possible. I tried to put the 'Settings.txt' file in App_Data and also the 'InstalledPlugins.txt', but it didn't help.
Please help me to fix it.

Having "'Settings.txt' file in App_Data" should skip install.  Check to be sure your connection string in Settings.txt is valid/working.

I had the same problem.

Solution for me was to have the App_Data/setting files on the server before deploying
the nop.web to the server
