yes, but if I write all thing manually and with different name space and variable name then..
I just want library structure style and caching style  ..
only for simple application not huge like nopcommerrece
still required LICENSE?

As far as I understand...

If you are learning from nopCommerce and then creating something from that learning on your own, without using or connecting to nopCommerce's code / libraries / binaries / tables, etc. then in that case you do not need to put copyright text on that. But in case you're connecting anywhere to nop's libraries/code, etc. then you need to put it. Opensource projects does not prevent you to learn anything from it and use that learning for your own creation. But you just can't copy or steal it, and brand it as your own!

Note that I am not an expert on this subject so for commercial applications i suggest you to seek expert's advise.
