Using and viewing order notes?

Where do you view order notes?

In the order details, accessible from My Account > Orders.
They will be visible if the administrator checks the corresponding checkbox when creating an order note.

Sorry.  I am the administrator and need to see all order notes for customers.

Go to admin section > Sales > Orders

Click on search button

Select order for which you want to see the order notes (for that click on "View")

You will see these tabs  :  Order / InfoBilling / InfoShipping / InfoProducts / Order notes  

Select last tab "Order notes"

and you will be able to see the order notes

Thanks.  Is there a spreadsheet with this information?

You can export all your orders in an excel spreadsheet, but that won't include the order notes

You have to customize the code of nopCommerce in order to include order notes along with the order details

but if you're looking specifically for order note spreadsheet then there is no way in current version of nopCommerce to get that.
