Why the front-end of the site is not available when I work in admin and when I upload product images? Is it always like this? :(

Hello everybody!

I am using nopCommerce 3.50 with DefaultClean theme.

Why my site is not available (it loads very very slow and does not open) when I am working in admin area?
For example, I have noticed that the front-end of the site is not available when I am uploading product/category images...

How to fix it???
