How to create a blog post on nopcommerce?

Hi,

I would like to create blog posts to share the latest news and best practice that relate to web standards and ecommerce (and address a lot of the repeated questions on the forum we keep seeing) for the nopCommerce community but I don't see an obvious way to do this.

Do I need to be a certain user type to do this?
