Float Rates exchange rates provider plugin

Hi,

I have created a plugin that gets live currency exchange rates from the Float Rates web site's daily xml feeds.

I initially created it as an alternative to the old Money Converter exchange rates provider plugin that was distributed with earlier versions of nopCommerce - this was required because the European Central Bank (ECB) provider only works if the primary store currency is set to 'EURO'.  As every user of nopCommerce probably knows, the Money Converter web site stopped providing live RSS feeds of currency exchange rates some time ago (and that Money Converter plugin is no longer included in the latest versions of nopCommerce, for obvious reasons).

Like the old Money Converter plugin, this new Float Rates exchange rates provider plugin works with whatever the primary store currency is set to.

Originally I only created versions for nopCommerce 2.65 and 3.10, as those were the last versions of nopCommerce supporting MVC 3 & 4 respectively, and the 2 live testing sites I have are on a production server located on a shared host that only supports MVC up to version 4.

However, now I've also created versions of the plugin that work with some later nopCommerce versions (at least they work in localhost mode, I am not able to test those 3.40 - 3.80 ones on my production server for the reason stated above - i.e. MVC5 and above not supported by my client's shared web hosting provider).

I hope this plugin can be of some use to other people using nopCommerce.

I can verify that the 3.40 version works as expected.

One thing I'm not certain of, however, is if Auto update enabled: is checked, do I also need to enable the Update currency exchange rates scheduled task?
